Kashieph “Kashy” Bonner
I really got into fitness due to my sleep apnea, at some point in my life I was bigger than my body was accustomed to and the weight was laying on my organs as I was sleep which was causing me not breathe for a good majority of my sleeping…. Long story short I really dove headfirst into fitness and a healthier lifestyle so, I can live for my children and myself. Fun Fact About Kashy: People’s first impression about me is that I’m prolly standoffish or snobby but in reality I just love myself and I love giving people compliments more than receiving them because I want everyone to feel this confident about themselves… We are all beautiful people and confidence is a stain you can’t wipe off
Jenny Guzmaan
I’m a vibrant person who uses movement as my energy source. Dancing shows my personality and working out teaches me discipline and consistency. I was incarcerated for 3 1/2 years. During that time I gained uncomfortable weight. Throughout that time I gained a meaningful learning experience in which I learned to love myself, and use that shared experience to be an example to help others overcome their challenges and gain confidence in themselves. I believe confidence within yourself helps the motivation to not give up on life. As a result of this experience, I began a consistent fitness journey for the last 3 years. Although not perfect, and often times a challenge, my goals have shifted a bit, however my health and fitness journey helped me to keep going and to not give up. Knowledge and education further shaped my goals, and I accomplish them with fervency, enthusiasm, and gratitude.
Kierston Jackson
Kierston Jackson is a southern native raised in Georgia. She moved to Boston almost 5 years ago, and being so far from family and friends and wanting to prioritize her health, she started her fitness journey. She has always been focused on strength training but in January of 2023, joined 1morerep, and really tapped in to weightlifting. Her focus is becoming the best hybrid athlete possible to build both her physique while ensuring she keeps her overall health top of mind. Her motivation for working out is to not only ensure that she can live the longest healthiest life possible, but also to serve as an example for her family and the family she will one day create, that a healthy lifestyle is not only attainable but maintainable and should be prioritized.
Alexandrea Puckerine
My name is Alexandrea, born and raised in Boston. I'm a lover of Christ, a chef, personal trainer, and owner of God’s N.e.c.t.a.r cold-pressed juices. I hold a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition and an M.S. in Exercise and Health Sciences. My favorite sport is basketball, and I enjoy hiking, strength training, cooking, and meal prepping. Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2009, I transformed my diet and lifestyle, which sparked my passion for culinary arts and fitness. I now dedicate my life to helping others with similar struggles. My fitness journey has had ups and downs, but I continue striving to better myself. I believe in the RAM fitness experience for its supportive community and dedication to self-improvement.
